About the Course
R.E.S.E.T: Strength Without Burnout is a 12-week self-paced program built around the biology of women 35+. Each week combines short expert videos, practical resources, and progressive workouts — all designed to fit into a real schedule, not an ideal one. You'll learn how to eat for metabolic health, build strength that carries into everyday life, and create habits that don't fall apart when things get busy. No overhaul required. Just a clear, structured path forward.
Meet Your Coach
I'm Jackie — a Nurse Practitioner, mom of four, and the woman who built this program because I needed it myself. At 42, I know what it's like to feel like your health has slipped down the priority list. Between work, kids, and everything else, there's not much left over. That's exactly why R.E.S.E.T. is built the way it is — practical, science-backed, and designed for a life that doesn't slow down.
