I'm Jackie — a Nurse Practitioner, mom of four, and the woman who built this program because I needed it myself. At 42, I know what it's like to feel like your health has slipped down the priority list. Between work, kids, and everything else, there's not much left over. That's exactly why R.E.S.E.T. is built the way it is — practical, science-backed, and designed for a life that doesn't slow down.
